Teen Kids News

“Teen Kids News” is a dynamic television news program for teens and pre-teens by teens. The half-hour program provides information and news to students in a way that’s education as well as entertaining. The focus of the program is young people, so all the stories are in their words. This program inserts the clear informed voice of students into the adult-dominated media and provides a unique perspective that is not currently available on network news programs.

Aqua Kids

Aqua Kids

From Bimini, Bahamas to Maryland, USA the young explorers of “Aqua Kids” inspire other youth to take charge of their environment. Each installment, the Aqua Kids visit a variety of water environments, from the oceans of the world to water management facilities to brackish streams encouraging youths to become active in the areas of preventing pollution and preservation of water environments. The show revolves around the philosophy that the only way for young people to take charge is to give them the tools they’ll need to make a difference meaning every episode of “Aqua Kids” is designed to provide important lessons and insights relating to conservation of the water environments of the world. E/I, ages 8-12.

 

Animal Action

“Animal Action” with Eddie and Greg is uniquely formatted to provide an up-close glimpse of animal life and interaction. During “Animal Action” adventures, viewers will learn about wildlife from Eddie and Greg, whose eagerness to learn and their curiosity about the world’s wildlife bring them face-to-face with bears, elephants, sharks, octopi, eels and a variety of other creatures.

KICKS Club

K.I.C.K.S. Club

The content of “K.I.C.K.S. Club” teaches children morals, character, problem solving abilities, commitment to their faith and answers to various questions they may be struggling with in decision making. It teaches children the Word of God (The Bible) and how it applies to them in a personal way. “K.I.C.K.S. Club” also emphasizes patriotism, love for America and the flag and provides educational material through its “Celebrate America” programs.

Davey & Goliath

“Davey & Goliath” is a children’s television series produced by the Lutheran Church in the 1950’s and 1960’s and televised widely across the United States, the Caribbean and around the world. In this stop-action animated series, young Davey Hansen and his dog, Goliath, draw upon the guidance of his parents, teachers and his own religious beliefs to figure out moral and ethical dilemmas in their daily lives. Though Davey doesn’t always do the right thing, he does always come away from the experience having learned valuable moral and life issues.

E/I, ages 4-8.
